A competent person in this CU shall be able to Analyse SOP requirements, Establish building operation SOP, organize SOP implementation, monitor compliance to policies and procedures and review SOP for revision The outcome of this competency is to ensure whole building operations are policies and procedures compliance in accordance with Building By-Law, Safety Health and environment (SHE) Procedure, Local Authority and building owner’s requirements |
