Small Hydro Plant Generator Maintenance describes the competency required to perform the maintenance of generators of small hydro plant. A competent person in this CU shall be able to carry out small hydro generator maintenance activities preparation, carry out generator condition monitoring (online), carry out generator maintenance (offline) and carry out work place house-keeping. The outcome of this competency is to ensure efficient operation of generators system that support the operations of small hydro intake that meet the power generation requirement, guidelines and company Standard Operating Procedure. |
