| Penerangan CU | Shipping Legislation Compliance describes the competency in ensuring the ships are complying with all legislation requirements for the ship to sail to its destination. A competent person in this CU shall be able to identify, obtain and make available, every required legislation certificates that shows the ship is seaworthy. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the ships are able to sail from their origins to destinations legally in accordance with international marine and shipping laws and understandings (conventions). |
