Penerangan CU NRW budget planning preparation describes the competency in preparing NRW budget to enable identified NRW programs being executed effectively to achieve the desired NRW target.


A competent person in this CU shall be able to proposed NRW target, analyse NRW program, prepare NRW budget (OPEX and CAPEX) and prepare NRW budget report for approval.

The outcome of this competency is to ensure NRW budget for OPEX and CAPEX sufficiently forecasted and allocated in accordance with the approved NRW programs and target.

Objektif PembelajaranThe person who is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare NRW budget planning report according to company budget preparation procedure. Upon completion of this competency units, trainees will be able to:-
1. Propose NRW Target
2. Analyse NRW programme
3. Prepare NRW Budget (OPEX/ CAPEX)
4. Prepare NRW Budget report for approval.
