The person who is competent in NRW commercial loss visual inspection shall be able to carry out water meter visual inspection, carry out illegal connection visual inspection and record NRW Commercial Loss Visual Inspection information The outcome of this competency is to ensure the illegal water tapping or metering inaccuracies in water system within District Metering Area (DMA) can be detected and counter measures action taken as soon as possible to reduce commercial losses in NRW.
