| Penerangan CU | Ramp Safety, Security And Risk Management describes the competency relating to safety , security and risk management activities applicable to airport ramp operational and the operation of motorised/non-motorised equipment within ramp area. Safety , security and risk management activities adhered requirements by regulatory and Authority such as International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), Department of Civil Aviation Malaysia (DCAM) and Airport Authorities. Documentation to be established are manuals, procedures. guidelines and work instructions for Ramp operation. A competent person in this CU shall be able to manage ramp operation safety and security documentation development, manage safe work environment, manage Ramp Emergency Response Procedure (ERP), manage regulatory safety and security requirements and manage Ground Service Equipment (GSE) safety and maintenance according to safety manual and company policy, Airline standards , authority security policy (AVSEC), safety policy, ICAO Annex 17/18/19, Emergency Response Manual The outcome of this competency is to assure safety and security compliances at ramp working area. The person shall also be competent with regulatory and legal requirements. |
