| Penerangan CU | Ramp Resources Management describes the competency in managing manpower, equipment, budget and other activities related to the resources utilization in RAMP operation. Management activities based on company directions in order to achieve company/organization business objective. A competent person in this CU shall be able to plan operation workforce, develop succession plan for career development, manage ramp operation personnel capacity / competency, manage ramp operation financial implication, manage Ramp operation motorised/non-motorised equipment and manage equipment inventory activities in accordance with Human Resources Guideline, Standard Operating Procedure and Company Policy. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the adequacy of competent workforce in RAMP operation through proper succession programme and job performance skill upgrades. The administration of ramp operation will be within budgeted tolerance in accordance with company policy and requirements guided by labour law and OSHA. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies:- i. Ramp Operation Safety, Security And Risk Management (C01) |
