Penerangan CU | Ramp Quality And Document Management describes the competency in managing quality compliance in operation , minimizing irregularities and mishandling in RAMP Operation which resulted to high quality performance and create satisfaction to related stakeholder. This competency enable personnel to control Quality Management System (QMS) processes of the company. A competent person in this CU shall be able to assess Ramp Operation Quality Standards and documentation requirements, coordinate quality assurance manual development, coordinate quality assurance audit programme and plan corrective action for Ramp improvement according to Ground Operation Manual and Quality standards. The outcome of this competency is to ensure smooth management in meeting technical compliances and quality performance of the company and External Service Provider (ESP) in accordance with Ground Operation Manual, Quality Assurance Manuals, Set Standards and company policy. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies:- i. Ramp Operation Safety, Security And Risk Management (C01) |
