| Penerangan CU | Ramp Process and Procedure Management describes the competency in the integration of all RAMP handling operation activities namely Aircraft Handling, Baggage handling, Load Control and Transport Servicing to operate and cooperate as team which require a holistic management in providing services to stakeholder based on Service Ground Handling Agreement, Service Level Agreement and MOU agreed. A competent person in this CU shall be able to manage aircraft weight and balance control, manage baggage and cargo handling process and procedure, manage Ground Support Equipment (GSE) operation and maintenance and manage loading and unloading process and procedure The outcome of this competency is to ensure a safe, secure and efficient Ramp operations in accordance with regulatory requirements and company set standards. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies:- i. Ramp Operation Safety, Security And Risk Management (C01) |
