Penerangan CU Ramp Industry Stakeholder Relationship Management describes the competency in establishing new relationship while maintaining existing rapport built up with relevant stakeholder in RAMP Operation. The industry relationship network established and maintained through various involvement and participation in meeting/event held by both parties.

A competent person in this CU shall be able to establish relationship with stakeholder, maintain relationship with stakeholder, initiate internal Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme, manage External Service Provider performance and manage Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance in accordance Standard Operating Procedure and Company Policy.

The outcome of this competency is to to established and maintained good rapport and relationship with internal and external stakeholders. This shall include but not limited to regulatory/ authority/airline/ESP personel to ensuring positive and effective communications in operations so as to meet set performance standards in the SLA and comply with Standard Operating Procedure and Company Policy.

The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies:-
i. Ramp Operation Safety, Security And Risk Management (C01)
