| Penerangan CU | Ramp Process Innovation & Development describes the competency in process which related to Quality Assurance and Quality Control in formalising the process flow or business flow and resources to enhance the current process to meet new challenges in ramp operations. This new innovation is due to new expectation from the stakeholders and to meet their customers for better services. A competent person in this CU shall be able to assess new processes and procedures innovation/ development requirements, plan ramp operation new processes and procedures, allocate resources of new processes and procedures and manage implementation effectiveness in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure and Company Policy. The outcome of this competency is ability to plan, organise, lead, control, prepare and manage resources to meet new challenges imposed by top management and the industry while ensuring compliances to all regulatory and authority requirements. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies:- i. Ramp Operation Safety, Security And Risk Management (C01) |
