All decision will have to consider the commercial and financial effects on the company, thus this CU is important to the Ship Superintendent. A competent person in this CU shall be able to manage chartering, insurance, budgeting and perform voyage costing. The outcome of this competency is to ensure Ship Superintendents are capable of making decision without disregarding the commercial aspects. |
