| Penerangan CU | Ramp Baggage and Cargo Handling Coordination describes the competency in integration the activities in handling customer baggage/ cargo from departure area until the targeted destination in good condition and minimum irregularities. A competent person in this CU shall be able to coordinate baggage and cargo outbound and reconciliation, coordinate baggage and cargo inbound activities, coordinate baggage and cargo transfer activities, coordinate weight and balance process and procedure , and coordinate loading and unloading process and procedure as per regulatory requirements. The outcome of this competency is to ensure a seamless operation for OTP, proper handling in loading and unloading at aircraft side and ensuring all baggage/cargo are compliance to safety and accountable for ensuring baggage/cargo reaches the destination in good condition and without irregularities in accordance with approved processes, procedures and policies.
