| Penerangan CU | Ramp Quality And Risk Control describes the competency in verifying irregularities and mishandling in RAMP Operation which resulted to non-compliance and operation failure as well as monitoring quality performance in the operation. A competent person in this CU shall be able to verify Ramp operation mishandling / irregularities, analyse root cause / failure in Ramp operation, monitor quality programme performance, conduct Ramp risk assessment and coordinate emergency response procedure (ERP) as per regulatory requirements and company policy. The outcome of this competency is to ensure technical compliances and quality procedures of the company/ External Service Provider (ESP) which conformed to Ground Operation Manual and company policy to minimised risk. | Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to ensure technical compliances and quality procedures of the company/ External Service Provider (ESP) which conformed to Ground Operation Manual and company policy to minimised risk. Upon completion of this competency units, trainees will be able to:- 1. Verify Ramp Operation Mishandling / Irregularities 2. Analyse Root Cause / Failure In Operation 3.
