Penerangan CU Ramp Services Industry Stakeholder Relationship Coordination describes the competency in the new relationship and existing rapport which established /built up with relevant stakeholder in RAMP Operation. The industry relationship established and maintained through various involvement and participation in meeting/event held by both parties.

A competent person in this CU shall be able to assess industry stakeholder relationship requirements, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, evaluate ESP performance and facilitate corporate social responsibilities (CSR) programme in accordance Standard Operating Procedure and Company Policy.


The outcome of this competency is the established and maintained good rapport with internal and external stakeholder inclusive regulatory/ authority ramp personel and Airlines to ensure smoothness in operation in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure and Company Policy.

The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies:-
i. Ramp Safety And Security Compliance Enforcement

3. Evaluate External Service Providers (ESP) Performance
4. Facilitate Industry Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) Programme
