| Penerangan CU | Ramp Operation Resources Control describes the competency in organizing manpower, equipment, budget and other activities related to this three areas. Generally, resources against flights will be the key of consideration besides of financial budgeting and organization development programmed. A competent person in this CU shall be able to organise workforce operational task, organise operation workforce development programme, monitor staff performance, facilitate staff benefits, coordinate ramp budget estimate preparation and coordinate procurement exercise in accordance with Human Resources Guideline, Regulatory standards, OSHA and Company Policy. The outcome of this competency is to to ensure the adequacy of competent workforce in RAMP operation through proper development programme by maintaining job performance throughout their services in accordance with labour law, Occupational Safety And Health Act (OSHA) and company policy. |
