| Penerangan CU | Aircraft Interior Cleaning (AIC) Coordination describes the competency in monitoring performance of AIC services. Any discrepancy in the service will be highlighted and improvement will be proposed for betterment in the operation . A competent person in this CU shall be able to compile AIC service reports, analyse AIC service performance, monitor improvement plan and evaluate improvement plan effectiveness in as per Airline Standards and Standard Operating Procedure. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the AIC services performed as per quality standards set by Airline, Regulatory/ Authority body requirements and company policy. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies:- i. Ramp Safety And Security Compliance Enforcement (C01) |
