| Penerangan CU | Cargo Terminal Handling Coordination describes the competency in monitoring performance in handling Cargo services. Any discrepancy in the service will be highlighted and improvement will be proposed for betterment in the operation . A competent person in this CU shall be able to compile Cargo service reports, analyse Cargo handling service performance, monitor improvement plan and evaluate improvement plan effectiveness in as per Airline Standards and Standard Operating Procedure. The outcome of this competency is ensure the Cargo services performed at Cargo Terminal as per quality standards set by Airline and Regulatory requirements and company policy.
