| Penerangan CU | Instrumentation & Control Maintenance Planning Management describes the competency in managing resources to execute maintenance tasks in a productive and cost effective manner. A competent person in this CU shall be able to manage major maintenance work, manage resource planning, perform job backlog management, manage “bad-actors” and plan maintenance productivity study. The outcome of this competency is to be able to manage resources in an optimum manner; productive and cost effective deliveries. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to understand the work process and technically understand the resources requirements for each instrumentation maintenance tasks. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies: i.good understanding of work process. ii.able to work in a team and to manage a group of own and contractor’s manpower. iii.good planning and scheduling skills. |
