| Penerangan CU | Instrumentation & Control Plant Turn-around Management describes the competency of managing turn-around works in a safe, timely and meeting quality deliverables. A competent person in this CU shall be able to manage spare parts and materials planning, establish turn-around job scope, carryout contracting strategy, manage turn-around planning and progress monitoring and monitor job and monitor job completion acceptance. The outcome of this competency is to be able to manage turn-around works that meets the Company’s requirements. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to manage an urgent environment working condition which demands timely deliverables based on tight turn-around schedule. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies: i.good leadership skills. ii.able to work in a team and to manage a group of own and contractor’s manpower. iii.able to work long hours in a demanding works schedule. iv.has good commercial sense in managing out-sourcin |
