Penerangan CU | Instrumentation & Control staff competency development management describes the competency of managing staffs training and competencies. A competent person in this CU shall be able to manage need analysis, perform staff appraisal, establish staff target setting, carryout coaching and mentoring and perform new staff recruitment. The outcome of this competency is to be able to manage staff competencies to meet the quality deliverables as required. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to be objective in staff competencies development. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies: i.strong leadership character. ii.able to appraise staffs with objectivity. |
