| Penerangan CU | Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management describes the competency of mitigating risks of staffs executing hazardous activities. A competent person in this CU shall be able to promote safety culture, perform incident investigation, carry-out management safety audit close-out report and participate in Safety Committee meeting. The outcome of this competency is to be able to manage safety at worksite in compliance to all government safe work practices requirements. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to be intolerance to unsafe work practices. Safe work attitude shall precede work schedule. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies: i.strong leadership character. able to analyse job risks and mitigating plan to address the risk. |
