Penerangan CU | QMI Construction Management of Change Supervision describes the competency of undertaking the process of change during construction works. A competent person in this CU shall be able to interpret MOC document, manage resources requirements, carryout job progress monitoring, carryout corrective action and prepare work closure report. The outcome of this competency is to be able to deliver project construction changes that meets the Company’s requirements. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to communicate effectively with all parties; subordinates, colleagues and superior on technical matters. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies: i.good process knowledge. ii.good leadership skills. iii.able to work in a team and to manage a group of own and contractor’s manpower. |
