| Penerangan CU | QMI Construction Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Management describes the competency of safety management of construction works to ensure safe work practices meeting compliance to statutory requirements and Company’s policy. A competent person in this CU shall be able to manage HSE construction plan, review and approve HSE document, plan HSE promotion activity, manage HSE compliance, manage HSE audit, carry-out incident investigation and organise construction HSE closure report. The outcome of this competency is to be able to manage work safely and in compliance to all government safe work practices requirements. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to be intolerance to unsafe work practices. Safe work attitude shall precede work schedule. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies: i.strong leadership character. ii.able to analyse job risks and mitigating plan to address the risk. iii.understand statutory standards on HSE requirements. |
