| Penerangan CU | QMI Construction Quality Management describes the competency of undertaking construction management works to meet quality deliverables in a timely manner. A competent person in this CU shall be able to manage construction quality plan, review construction technical document, manage materials received, plan construction quality audit, manage corrective action item and monitor construction quality closure report. The outcome of this competency is to be able to deliver project construction works that meets the Company’s requirements. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to communicate effectively with all parties; subordinates, colleagues and superior on technical matters. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies: i.good leadership skills. ii.able to work in a team and to manage a group of own and contractor’s manpower. iii.good analytical and thinking skills. iv.intolerant to bad workmanship and non-quality deliverables. |
