| Penerangan CU | QMI Construction Management of Change Administration describes the competency of undertaking the process of change; from initiation till construction works. A competent person in this CU shall be able to prepare MOC proposal, prepare MOC execution plan, manage MOC document, plan construction quality audit, manage corrective action item and monitor MOC closure item. The outcome of this competency is to be able to deliver project MOC that meets the Company’s requirements. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to communicate effectively with all parties; subordinates, colleagues and superior on technical matters. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies: i.good process knowledge. ii.good leadership skills. iii.able to work in a team and to manage a group of own and contractor’s manpower. |
