| Penerangan CU | QMI Construction Document Management describes the competency of managing project construction documentation for effective hand-over to the Operations & Maintenance team. A competent person in this CU shall be able to manage mark-up drawing, manage Punch-List close-out work, manage QMI technical document and prepare project hand-over report. The outcome of this competency is to be able to deliver documentation for effective operations & maintenance of the equipment or system. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to be diligent in compilation and review of all relevant document. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies: i.good understanding of document control. ii.able to work in a team and to manage a group of own and contractor’s manpower. |
