Penerangan CU | Hydrography Human Resource Management is an activity to assess current manpower capability (Knowledge, Skill and Ability/Attitude) and availability, development and utilization of manpower in order to optimize operation achievement. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to comprehend Standard Operating Procedure, company policy, labour law acts, Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Regulatory bodies requirements. The outcome of this competency is the allocation and optimization of the right knowledge, skills and ability/attitude of manpower to the right task in the operation, competent staff will be developed and retained in the production based on company business requirements and allocated operational budget. |
