| Penerangan CU | Clarification & Filtration System maintenance describes the competency in maintaining the clarifier & filter commonly on scheduled/planned basis. However, unscheduled maintenance may occur unexpectedly and these usually due to breakdown of the facility that need to be addressed accordingly. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify Clarification & Filtration System routine maintenance work requirement, prepare Clarification & Filtration System routine maintenance work requirements, perform Clarification & Filtration System routine maintenance work, inspect Clarification & Filtration System maintenance work and carry out Clarification & Filtration System routine up-keeping activities. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the personnel to understand the maintenance process, application, tools and consumable used for the preventive action purpose and corrective measure required in providing a sound basis for the activities according to required specification. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to comply with all the safety guidelines and regulations at all times. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to perform the maintenance work in Clarification & Filtration facility maintenance and to ensure it is in good condition and made ready for operation as per Standard Operating Procedures and regulatory guidelines. Upon completion of this competency units, trainees will be able to:- 1. Identify Clarification & Filtration System routine maintenance work requirement. 2. Prepare Clarification & Filtration System routine maintenance work requirement. 3. Perform clarification & filtration system routine maintenance work. 4. Inspect Clarification & Filtration System routine maintenance work. 5. Carry out Clarification & Filtration System routine up-keeping activities. |
