| Penerangan CU | Raw Water Intake System Maintenance describes the competency in performing maintenance works that is necessary for retaining or restoring the Raw Water Intake structure to ensure it can perform its intended function and to achieve a maximum useful life. Intake structures should be maintained, inspected and tested periodically at routine intervals that include corrective and preventive maintenance of the system. A competent person in this CU shall be able to identify Raw Water Intake System routine maintenance requirement, prepare Raw Water Intake routine maintenance work requirement, perform Raw Water Intake System routine maintenance work, inspect Raw Water Intake System routine maintenance work and carry out Raw Water Intake System routine up-keeping activity. The outcome of this competency is to perform maintenance work of plant structure in water treatment facility and to ensure it is in good condition and made ready for operation as per SOP and regulatory guidelines. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to comply with all the safety guidelines and regulations. |
