| Penerangan CU | Family Takaful/ Life Insurance Claims Intimation and Verification is the first stage in processing family takaful/ life insurance claims. In this stage, all related documents submitted by the claimants/ assured are checked and verified. The claims are then registered into the company’s claims system for further action. The person who is competent in Family Takaful/ Life Insurance Claims Intimation and Verification shall be able to receive claims notification, verify claims documents and register the claims into the claims system in accordance with company’s guidelines and regulatory bodies’ requirements. The outcome of this competency is to generate claims registration number upon registration of the claims notification into the system, as well as to create claims reserve/ provision in accordance with company’s guidelines. |
