| Penerangan CU | Family Takaful/ Life Insurance Claims Disbursement and Repudiation is the third stage in processing family takaful/ life insurance claims. In this stage claims settlement amount is finalised and claims disbursement is handled. As for repudiation case, the claimant/ assured person/ beneficiary is informed. The person who is competent in Family Takaful/ Life Insurance Claims Disbursement and Repudiation shall be able to process claims disbursement, process claims repudiation and administer claims filing in accordance with company’s guidelines and regulatory bodies’ requirements. The outcome of this competency is to close the case either by disbursement of payment to the claimant or case repudiation in accordance with company’s guidelines and regulatory bodies’ requirements. |
