| Penerangan CU | Family Takaful/ Life Insurance Claims Investigation aims to further examine and analyse Red Flag case or fraud case. When conducting the investigation, the personnel need to determine parties to be investigated and the investigation methodology. Data, information and evidence related to the case are collected and compiled. These data, information and evidence are then assessed and analysed. The investigation is concluded in the investigation report which explain the Red Flag, root cause and proposed solution. The person who is competent in Family Takaful/ Life Insurance Claims Investigation shall be able to review assessment summary of the escalated case, carry out investigation and prepare investigation report in accordance with company’s guidelines and regulatory bodies’ requirements. The outcome of this competency is to investigate and resolve Red Flag cases or fraud cases within the specific timeframe in accordance with company’s guidelines and regulatory bodies’ requirements. |
