Penerangan CUFamily Takaful/ Life Insurance Claims Customer Service aims to serve customer toward customer satisfaction. It involve attend to customer enquiries and resolve customers complaints. The personnel are the person who involve in rendering above-and-beyond services rendered to the customers.

The person who is competent in customer services shall be able to identify enquiries from customers, manage customer enquiries and prepare customer service report in order to maintain and sustain customer relationship and to meet company’s goals.

The outcome of this competency is to attend customer enquiries and to resolve customer complaint as well as create business sustainability by providing excellent customer service and creating good relationship with customers in accordance with company’s Client Charter
