Penerangan CU | Outsourced services refer to services which are handled by the outsource companies or third parties. The appointment of these companies based on technical expertise and specialisation services. Normally claims managers are responsible in managing Third Party Administrator (TPA), Health Care Provider and Investigator. The outsourced services management involves selection of service providers, monitor their service performance and termination of the service providers in accordance with company’s procedure. The person who is competent in Outsourced Services Management shall be able to manage Third Party Administrator (TPA), manage Health Care Provider and manage Investigator based on Service Level Agreement (SLA) in accordance with company’s procedure and regulatory bodies’ requirements. The outcome of this competency is to enhance and maintain business performance through appointment of Third Party Administrator (TPA), Health Care provider and Investigator according to company’s policies and procedure and regulatory bodies’ requirement. |
