| Penerangan CU | Capacity building is a holistic approach of strengthening the abilities of individuals, organisations, and systems to perform core functions sustainably and to continue improve and develop over time. Capacity building management involve three level programmes which are organisational level, system level and workforce level. Organizational level capacity building activities improve the performance of internal organisational systems and processes leading to stronger organisations with the ability to adapt and continue to develop over time. While, systems level capacity building activities improve the external environment in which organisations and individuals function, including structures supporting the way organisations interact, and/or policies and standards that must be adhered to. In addition, individual/ workforce level capacity building activities improve the performance of staff according to specific, defined competencies and job requirements. The person who is competent in Capacity Building Management shall be able to manage organisational level capacity building activities, manage system level capacity building activities and manage individual/ workforce level capacity building activities in accordance with company’s policy and procedure and regulatory bodies’ requirements.
