| Penerangan CU | Piping Operation & Maintenance Work Plan Preparation refers to a process of collecting the information related to the worksite upon receiving service request from the superior. Information is collected and compiled through site visit and from the company’s database. The information is then analysed as a basis to prepare a work plan which also known as Job Method Statement (JMS). The Work Plan is submitted to Superintendent as a basis to prepare a Job Order. The person who is competent in Piping Operation & Maintenance Work Plan Preparation shall be able to interpret Service Request, survey the worksite, conduct job risk and hazard analysis, develop emergency response plan and prepare piping work plan according to company’s procedure. The outcome of this competency is to provide accurate data and information pertaining to the maintenance worksite as a planning basis for the superintendent to prepare a Job Order |
