Penerangan CUInternal Communication Administration is the competency of assisting the organizational management in managing the communication function that leading to conveying information and or the transaction of thought from one party or group to another. It involves the provision, development, operation, innovation, maintenance, related resources utilization and controlling of internal communication systems for the entire business of the organization. The person who is competent in Internal Communication Administration will be able to perform Internal Communication concept and requirement analysis, perform Internal Communication planning assistance, Internal Communication program implementation, Internal Communication management evaluation assistance and Internal Communication Report and recommendations preparation assistance.

An effective internal communication administrator should be able to assist in managing uninterrupted communication system, which could link all individuals in the company to its business with minimum limitations. The communication systems shall also become a facility that develop and generate creative and innovative societies of K Worker culture in the organization. The administrator should be able to assist to place the information security system and effective communication control not only to protect the Company’s interest, but to put the role of internal communication as the key to induce business operations effectiveness, and uplift the organizational reputation.

The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically.
