| Penerangan CU | Crisis Administration is the competency of assisting the management in planning, organizing, leading, and controlling of all resources in maintaining relations with the public, government agencies, news media, employees, shareholders, and other affected parties on behalf of an organisation involved in a crisis situation. The person who is competent in Crisis Administration will be able to perform Crisis Communication Management assistance, Crisis Management assistance and Post Crisis Management assistance An effective Crisis Administrator should be able to assist in reducing tense situation as early as possible, assist to avoid or minimize damages, delays negative action for settlement purposes, assist to provide best options with strong justification through effective Crisis Communication Strategy and Methodology. He / She should also be able to effectively assist management to rapidly reestablish the organization by implementing an effective and wise Post Crisis Management strategy formulated by his / her superior in accordance with organizational requirements. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically. |
