Penerangan CU | Crisis Management is the competency of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling of all resources in maintaining relations with the public, government agencies, news media, employees, shareholders, and other affected parties on behalf of an organisation involved in a crisis situation. The person who is competent in Crisis Management will be able to Manage Crisis Communication, Manage PR Crisis and Manage post crisis. An effective crisis manager should be able to reduce tense situation as early as possible, to avoid or minimize damages, delays negative action for settlement purposes, provides best options and strong justification through effective crisis Communication Strategy and Methodology. He / She should also be able to support management to rapidly reestablish the organization through effective, wise and smart post crisis management. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically |
