Penerangan CU | Public Relations departmental management is the competency of planning, organizing, leading and controlling of all allocated resources to effectively run Public Relations departmental functions in supporting the overall organizational operation in order to achieve organizational mission and vision. The person who is competent in Public Relations departmental management will be able to formulate Public Relations departmental strategic plan, perform Public Relations annual business planning, prepare Public Relations Management budget, lead Public Relations strategic plan implementation, perform employee performance management, perform departmental Human Resource Management, and perform Public Relations Management performance reporting. An effective Public Relations departmental manager should be able to plan, organize, lead and control all allocated Public Relations departmental functions resources to achieve all pre-determined departmental objectives in accordance with the organizational requirements. Among the important measures of the performance includes optimizing the usage and cost of manpower, maintain high employees’ performance, job satisfaction and confidence, achieve specified productivity improvement rate and reach the highest overall departmental profitability. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically. |
