| Penerangan CU | Laundry personnel performance evaluation and review is a process of examining and evaluating employee work behaviour and laundry practices. The result of the comparison must be documented and used to provide feedback to the management and employee to show where and why improvements are needed in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), established policy. The personnel who are competent in vendor administration shall be able to identify laundry personnel performance evaluation and review requirement, plan laundry personnel performance evaluation and review session, conduct and review personnel performance evaluation session, recommend personnel performance achievement and improvement, evaluate laundry personnel performance evaluation and review effectiveness and compliance and report laundry personnel performance evaluation and review process |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to evaluate and examining employee work behaviour and laundry practices. The result of the comparison must be documented and used to provide feedback to the management and employee to show where and why improvements are needed in accordance with establishment’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), establishment’s policy and Labour Law. Improvement plan such as employee training and efficient laundry practices need to be recommended.
