Quick response to guest enquiries and the arts of managing guest complain are critical in maintaining guest satisfaction. The personnel who are competent in guest laundry service management shall be able to identify guest laundry services requirement, handle guest special request, manage guest complaint, evaluate guest laundry service effectiveness and report guest laundry service management activities. |
