| Penerangan CU | Biopolymerisation Inoculum Production describes the competency in preparing materials and setting up equipment as to produce inoculum. Inoculum is a small amount of substance containing bacteria from a pure culture which is used to start biopolymerisation process. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare inoculation materials and apparatus, set up microbiology basic equipment, prepare inoculum medium and produce inoculum.
