| Penerangan CU | Biopolymer Extraction Processing Verification describes the competency in monitoring and validating biopolymer extraction process compliance which include cell separation and cell disruption according to biopolymer extraction procedure. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to assess biopolymer extraction processing requirements, verify microbial cell separation process, verify microbial cell disruption, verify biopolymer extraction and carry out work in progress (WIP) product storage. The outcome of this competency is the ability to supervise the process of raw materials as to extract biopolymer by complying SOP and ISO standard quality. |
