He or she is responsible for the process of site evaluation, matching equipment to physical conditions and producing an operating plan for land preparations according to organisational requirement The personnel who are competent in this CU shall be able to evaluate an area for mechanical land preparation, identify an appropriate mechanical land preparation system , prepare a mechanical land clearing plan, and prepare a soil preparation plan The outcome of this competency is that an operating plan for mechanical land preparation operations is produced. |
