The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to assess divisional budget requirements, plan divisional budget forecast, initiate divisional budget plan and utilize approved budget allocation according to financial rule and policy The outcome of this competency is to develop realistic and effective budget plan in accordance with establishment’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policy of the company |
