| Penerangan CU | Dry bulk cargo is commodity cargo that is transported unpackaged in large quantities. Cargo such as coal, finished steel, ingredients, mineral or grains stored in loose piles moving without mark or count. Dry bulk cargo operation management is the competency of bulk cargo handling, movement and storage must be carried out in accordance with manifest declaration. Cargoes must be released from a grab at a height and a speed that minimises escape of particulates from the hopper in accordance with company management system policy and regulation. The person who is competent in dry bulk cargo operation management shall be able to analyse data information of dry bulk cargo operation, verify information on data collected, manage operation and generate report including validation of operation activities as per organisation rule and policy. The outcome of this competency is to enable/achieve successful managing of dry bulk cargo operation to ensure that dry bulk handling operations are conducted in accordance with the Standards Operations Procedure, and environmental, legislation |
