| Penerangan CU | Emergency situation handling is to execute emergency procedure if incidents do happen. The company provides emergency procedure and the operator needs to follow the procedure in handling such cases. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to assess alarm status & CCTV live feed, respond to emergency alert, update emergency incident detail, raise true alarm or CCTV audit request and prepare true alarm incident report according to company’s operating procedure. The outcome of this competency is to professionally handle emergency cases by referring to procedure to avoid any unwanted misstep. |
