He or she shall be responsible for organizing and supervising forest plantation cable harvesting operations. The personnel who are competent in this CU shall be able to schedule field operations, organize manpower, materials and logistics, supervise field operations, monitor and report work progress. The outcome of this competency is that all cable yarding field operations are scheduled, organized and supervised to meet operational targets according to organisational requirement. |
